CCTV in every playroom and playground, viewing windows between rooms, and visitors supervised at all times on site.
Responsible technology use
Only service-issued devices for education and care. Personal devices are not used with children. Daily learning stories are stored securely.
Prepared for the unexpected
Educators trained in first aid, CPR and emergency procedures. Clear evacuation and lockdown plans, and Galleon Way Medical Centre directly across the road.
Everyday safety, every step
Regular safety checks, sun protection routines and strict food allergy protocols. Every educator is trained in child protection and refreshes it often.
Nut and egg free kitchen
No nuts or eggs anywhere in our food preparation area, with fresh meals prepared on site by Kids Gourmet Food and tailored to allergies and cultural needs.
Line of sight design
The centre and equipment are designed so educators keep a clear line of sight to children in every learning and play space.
